Castol Partners Get Rebates

Starting January 1st, 2024, partnering with Castrol is even more rewarding! That’s because you’ll earn 30 cents/litre on every litre you purchase of qualifying Castrol Edge, GTX Magnatec, and Transmax Synthetic & Super Clean products both in packaged and bulk formats. Eligible purchases are required to be registered one month after the quarter end. Rebates are issued quarterly. A minimum of 100 litres of eligible products registered per quarter are required to receive payment.There’s no annual limit to how much you can earn!

• Conventional products are ineligible for rebates (such as GTX, Ultraclean, High Mileage).
• Eligible products may be purchased through a Jobber or Wakefield Canada.
• Products purchased at or through Retail are ineligible for rebates.

How to Participate:

A company principal is required to provide company details and select from a range of benefits. Once completed, purchases can be registered on the Purchase page at WakefieldConnect.com.

If purchased online at WakefieldConnect.com, the purchase can be registered by:

• Entering the order number
• Listing the total litres of qualifying products

All claims subject to audit and verification. When required, please ensure documentation clearly shows your company details, date, qualifying Castrol products and quantity to avoid delays. In your Email be sure to add no_reply@merscient.com to your safe senders list to make sure you don’t miss any audit requests.

To view the status of your registrations, check out the Previously Submitted Invoices sub tab. Invoices awaiting audit will show as “Pending” in the status column, associated dollar values also remain pending. After an invoice has been audited, the status will update to “Approved”. Once your reward has been issued the status will update to “Paid”.

Rebate Delivery:

Rebate payments will be mailed approximately one month after the quarterly submission deadline to the company address as listed with Wakefield. Please see the YOUR ACCOUNT tab to make sure your address is accurate. If there are any errors, please contact us with corrections.

Users that have summitted purchases will be emailed when the rebate payments have been mailed. Be sure to add no_reply@merscient.com to your safe senders list.

You must notify us within 30 days of rebates being mailed if the cheque has not arrived.

2024 earnings may not be carried forward to the following year.
